A unique "Hour Glass Shaped" tool used with 1500 grit or 2000 grit sanding discs to remove paint runs and clearcoat runs. The sanding discs attach to the tool using the easy Hook & Loop fastening system. Works best in a twisting motion. Wet sand only.
